Use of the Platform
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes or to resell tickets in violation of applicable law.
Purchases
All ticket sales are final unless covered by our Refund Policy. Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable service fees. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
Event Changes
Events are organised by independent promoters. KalaBaruTix is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by the organiser. In such cases, our refund policy applies.
Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including logos, text, and design — is owned by KalaBaru Inc. or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KalaBaru Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KalaBaru Inc. is incorporated.
