Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for tickets purchased on KalaBaruTix.

Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price and any service fees. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Event Postponements

If an event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact us within 14 days of the postponement announcement to request a refund.

Change-of-Mind Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed.

Faulty or Invalid Tickets

If you receive a ticket that fails to scan at the venue due to a platform error, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
