Pricing questions answered

When do I get paid?↓

Funds are released to your account automatically after your event ends. Typical settlement is 2–7 business days.

What about free events?↓

Free events are completely free — no platform fee. Contact us for management service packages.

Does the buyer pay the fee, or do I?↓

By default, the platform fee is absorbed by the organizer (deducted from your payout). You can choose to pass it to the buyer as a service charge — that option is in your event settings.

Are there fees for refunds?↓

If you issue a refund, the 2.5% platform fee is refunded to you. The Rp 2,000 fixed fee per ticket is non-refundable as it covers processing costs.

Is there a per-event or monthly cap?↓

No caps. Whether you run one event a year or fifty, you pay the same rate per ticket.

Can I change my ticket prices after publishing?↓

Yes. You can update prices on unsold tiers at any time. Tickets already purchased are not affected.
